At Coco Curls, we want you to love your hair journey; if a product isn't the perfect fit for your curls, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Curls

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
